Jude's Ice Cream & Desserts: Scoops, bakes, shakes and sauces

The book was absolutely as good as new. Thought it would be good, but not this good. Speedy delivery. Very impressed.

This book has some wonderful combinations for both ice cream and sorbet and thorough instructions are given for each recipe. What makes this book special is the additional ice / ice-cream based desserts. Well worth the cost in both hardback book and kindle version which is better laid out than most electronic recipe books.

Good recipes

I bought the Kindle version purely because of space limitations but 2 recipes in and I have to say it’s a winner. The instructions are clear and there are both machine and non-machine options to make. Haven’t tried the vegan recipes yet but I can recommend the Malteaser and The cardamom and tahini ice-creams if you can eat dairy. Pure luxury. There are desserts in the book too.

I bought this book as a Christmas gift for my daughter in law who was very pleased with the book and is looking forward to making sone of the puddings and ice cream.

Lovely layout, nice photos, recipes are easy to follow. Never thought of ice cream to have such diversity. Tempted by the beetroot and ginger and the creme fraiche as I like a sharp taste

Wish I'd known you needed the machine to make most of recipes... duh

This is my most used cookbook. I love it! Great mix of different desserts, not just ice cream. Something for any occasion!
