Lily's Kitchen Christmas Spectacular Three Bird Feast with Turkey - Grain Free Adult Wet Dog Food (6 Tins x 400 g)

I got these as a treat for the festive season for our very greedy 4 year old Cavalier, his fussy little brother and an old toy poodle. The older of the two Cavs will inhale anything so he’s no good as a judge! His brother was no more impressed with this than any own brand supermarket food and the poodle wasn’t bothered by the frankly delicious looking and smelling concoction! We give them a small amount of tinned food each day or the two non-vacuuming dogs won’t eat their kibble and the older Cav gets 3 dinners. So, we expected them to like this more as it is better quality and does have a lot more appetising look and smell to it. Sadly not, money wasted really as it’s not cheap dog food.That said, I’ve bought this brand before when my now deceased American Cocker Spaniel was getting old and feeling under the weather and she loved it. So I think it may be my quirky dogs at fault here, the brand has never let me down before!

Lily's Kitchen Christmas dinner is my dog's annual treat. Not withstanding the myriad other annual treats she gets along the way. This is always a popular thing for my old girl, though, much meatier than the standard dog food she gets the rest of the time. She may be oblivious to Christmas but it makes me happy to give her a Christmas dinner anyway. In terms of the quality of the food, I've always known it's very good but this year it struck me just how good it really is. My dog was ill a few weeks ago and is still recovering, she's been off her food and only eating if I sit next to her and hand feed her with a lot of cajoling. She's also had a problem with 'liquid bottom'. When I gave her a tin of this, she was straight into it and didn't wait for me to sit down next to her with the spoon. The next day, to my immense joy, her runny bottom had also cleared itself. This speaks volumes for the quality of this food, that it can quickly settle digestive problems in a very old dog.

Not sure on the flavour personally but the dog's seem to enjoy it

Gave this as a present for a friend's 2 dogs. They usually get treats of the same meat that has been cooked for the owners - fresh chicken, duck from the Chinese restaurant etc. as well as regular dog food and treats. One has a delicate tummy.Friend says both dogs absolutely love this food. They eat it all when they are given it so no leftovers. And no dodgy after effects from delicate tummy. So win win. She is thinking of buying them more of the same brand now that they have tried it.

My black 5 yo male GSD absolutely loves Lily's Kitchen. The quality of the food is exceptional; you can see actual proper veg and chunks of meat in the tin. It smells lush, good enough to serve humans. It's packed with minerals and is a superb all-round and balanced meal. I mix it with kibble (James Wellbeloved) as well. It is more expensive than other, inferior brands, but those give my dog the squits. Lily's Kitchen is great for his sensitive stomach. I will be buying many more!
