Q: What size what would i need for # 12 50 ft. electrical cord ?

I tried using the extra large size and it fitted for a 60 ft electrical cord. The number of loops can be varied to a larger loop so as to fit the thickness for closure of the cord manager.

Q: Is this big enough to hold a 100' 14 gauge extension cord?

Easily will hold a 100' 14 gauge extension cord with plenty of "teeth" to spare. In fact I am going to try it on my 12 gauge 100 footer in the Spring.

Q: how many and what size wraptors are included?

I believe there were 2 of each size: large, medium, small, and extra small. I prefer this brand to others we have used.

Q: How big is the hole on the easy grip handle? Could you run paracord through it?

of course there are different size paracord's , but I think a 1/4" paracord wouod fit. I have not tried it. I hang my using the whole handle. I have looped 1" webbing that I slip over the handle and then hand using the loop webbing. For me I found the handles did not hand well.
