Q: What is covered under the chew through warranty ? If my dog breaks out do we get a refund ?

I don't know but my male pit bull has not been able to chew through this kennal. He has destroyed every other one out there but this one stands up to everything. I highly recommend this

Q: how thick is the steel?

The bars are about 1 inch square tubing and the thickness of those are around 1/16" thick.

Q: Can a dog move this crate or will it stay in its place? My dog pushes his current crate from the inside so hard that he moves across the room.

If you don't put the wheels on the bottom this crate stays in place like a rock. I have a boxer pup who isn't the biggest fan of going in the crate and she leaps on the side of the crate and it doesn't move. Hope this helps.

Q: what is the max weight limit for this crate?

I am not sure the maximum but my boy dog is 120lbs an he fits fine with extra room. Crate is well worth the money. It has been a life saver for me
