They worked out great for My Christmas Grinch Theme display. I was looking for some longer strings of LED with red and green lights that has some kind of twinkling effect and these lights worked out great! I did have an issue with one of my control function box that you have to plug your lights in with. One set of lights went out after about a week use so only half of my pole lights were working. After checking it out myself I found out the plug with the control box built in stopped working? I had another control box plug so I installed that and it was GO time again. I guess I got a bad plug in function box but the other one I had are from the same light set and it lasted throughout the whole month! It was too late to return the bad one but still giving this product a 5 star because everything in life you will come up with a dud once in awhile! Write down the control box plug specification numbers that's on the stickers on them and you can find them online fairly cheap! When the red and green lights are flashing quickly, it makes the display come alive!!!

These lights are fantastic. So many different light sequences to choose from. The remote control is a game changer. You don’t have to go outside in the cold to click off anything at night. Really worth the money. Come Christmas time. I’ll probably get another strand.

*Update* The seller reached out to me after I posted my original review and provided a free replacement. We installed the new lights and they have worked wonderfully since.*Old Review* The lights worked great the first night. On the second night, only half the lights lit up and they flash really fast. The remote and the button on the do anything. We tried the trouble shooting suggestions but there was no change. Really disappointed.

This was a great buy for inside or outside. Came with great quantity and quality.

Update: I went ahead and decided to roll these out and see how they looked after they were stretched out…they look completely different once they are rolled out. They look like Christmas lights once they are hung. I changed my star review, but I’m leaving the written review, in hopes that others will see that someone else has went through the thoughts that they look like Halloween lights and will go ahead and give them a try! I’m keeping the lights! They are already hung and in place for the season and they look great!I ordered what I was led to believe were multi-colored Christmas lights. These colors remind me more of Halloween than Christmas. It’s literally 4 colors…orange, red, green purple…the pictures show “Christmas” lights…not these. I will be returning…

They’re gorgeous but they are on the delicate side so be careful not to pull them apart when untangling. We accidentally broke the cord without much force.
