Good replacement but use a spacer
UPDATE: My '95 had a replacement cast iron master cylinder exactly like this one on it when I replaced it. There was no spacer between the master and the firewall. I noticed when I was bolting it up I could see and feel the push rod was being pushed in to the master cylinder with about 1/4 inch of space left. After measuring it is closer to 3/16 inch so I used 2 washers, tack welded them together, cut a notch in them, and installed them in between the firewall and the master. This allows the push rod to be on the piston without creating any pre-load, lets the push rod full return back, and get full stroke when pushing the clutch pedal in without over pressurizing the slave cylinder.I installed this Luk clutch master on my 1995 Corvette with no issues what so ever. I was replacing the slave at the same time and figured it best to replace the master as well. The master on the car had been replaced by a previous owner before and this new Luk master was identical to the old one. I bench bled it before installing it and so far the car is running though the gears with ease.

Warranty finally approved. Lots of headaches. Go elsewhere. Product failed.
Update 3/19: manufacture decided to honor the warranty. Note to Amazon buyers the manufacturer cannot see your purchase here. You must submit the proof manually to customer service.Update 2 / 13: manufacturer refuses to support warranty. Claims it’s Amazons problem. I’m confident Amazon didn’t make this part. Luk and Schaeffler don’t support their products. Go elsewhere. I have ordered a replacement from another manufacturer.Update 2/8: The product, with defect, finally failed. Zero support from manufacturer other than inquiry of my order number. Horrible experience with a horrible product.Installed product. After I primed unit, discovered product is defective or broken where cap connects. See picture. So far the product now has DOT 3 fluid which means the USPS will not accept the hazard. Manufacture says it’s not their problem and to defer to seller. Seller says it’s warranty see manufacturer. Garbage. Stay away
