Hello ACME make a Bosuns Pipe which they actual call a Boatswains Pipe. There are actually 2 different models, a standard and an ornate version called a Victorian pipe ACME numbers are 12 for the standard and 52 for the Victorian We sell both through our Whistleworld website The standard we offer in a range of different finishes. (nickel plated, polished brass and sterling silver) All sellers on Amazon only offer the no 12 standard in Nickel plated (NP) ACME manufacture this on a brass base which is then nickel plated Probably 99% of all ACME boatswain pipes are this finish We are a main distributor so can obtain 'specials' Non of the whistles are made from stainless steel, they are all nickel plated on brass They actually make 2 versions although 98% of sales are NP As a main distributor we also sell to a number of Navies around the world This includes the Royal Navy who for normal use take the NP version Uncertain who has put the wording official admiraly but we certainly sell the NP to the Royal Navy Different sellers try to be clever and list an item under their own barcode Some sellers do this if they are uncertain which category to list an item under Amazon This is a reason why you will find for many products on Amazon duplicate listings We only list under the factory barcode wherever we can As a distributor we sell direct to Navies worldwide.
