It's too sweet straight up for me. Had to dilute it. I much prefer and recommend Ginger Gizer. Good luck with your wine cocktails.

Is this item eligible for return

I don't believe so because it is considered a food product. But I have asked Amazon for refunds on some food products and they don't let me return it but they did refund my money. Try, all they can say is no.

The ingredients don't mention sugar, so what does it mean "added sugar?"

The sweetness comes from honey.
