Q: Is the white glossy or more matte? I am looking for a high heat glossy white spray paint for a white enamel fireplace.

It is not glossy, it is like satin.

Q: Can I use this to paint my old kitchen stove?

Temperature-wise it should be OK, but be aware that this paint has a satin (fairly flat) finish, not glossy like your stove's original epoxy finish. Glossy finishes look better (IMO) and are easier to clean. If your stove is in really bad shape, it may be your only DIY option. You could paint your oven door and sides with Rustoleum Appliance Paint, but the instructions for that paint say not to use it for stovetops. If you used this one for the top and appliance paint for the rest, the finished wouldn't match. Maybe there's an automotive paint that withstands high head and has a glossy finish.

If you touch the inner wall of a microwave right after cooking, it may be warm, but that is about it. There really is no reason for you to purchase this paint for the inside of a microwave. If you do a search on Amazon for microwave cavity paint you will come up with several products, including one by Rust-Oleum, specifically designed for the inside of your microwave.
