My son and daughter-in-law live in an apartment. This to set has everything they need for everyday use, and is compact if you don’t have a lot of storage space.

Good tool set

I bought this tool set in 2016 and I still use it all the time. The quality is excellent. It’s the last tool set you’ll ever have to buy.

It’s okay - make sure you know what you need and that this has everything you might want. It didn’t quite fit our needs but we went with it anyway. The tools are good quality but everything always falls out of the case. Good value for the money and gets you a basic toolset.

I can’t really review this because it was a wedding present for a couple out of town. The couple did say that they loved the tool kit.

Over the years, I've always tried to keep a small toolbox handy in the house, and I'll keep a selection of tools there for basic needs.The problem is this - over time tools tend to get lost or dispersed around the house, at least they do if we aren't diligent in returning them to the toolbox after use. Tools end up in drawers in the kitchen or elsewhere in the house or garage or tool shed, and then when the time comes and we need a screwdriver, it's not where we think it should be.This reasonably priced took kit is one solution to that problem. It includes most of the commonly used tools for many household needs, they all fit into the tool kit in an organized way, and since each tool has a pre-determined place, if you neglect returning the tool after use, it's immediately obvious.I particularly like that this includes a small level, always handy especially when moving or adjusting clothes washer and dryer or other appliances.It's not everything that I like to keep on hand - I also keep at least one Vise-Grip Locking Pliers handy, as well as a medium sized Crescent Wrench and probably also a Channellock Plier. I've also purchased several sets like this Craftsman Slotted Phillips Screwdriver Set, 8 Piece over the years from Sears, with various combinations of screwdrivers that are always handy.Which is to say that there isn't any tool kit that will satisfy all needs, but this particular one is a nice starting point.

All I wanted was a set of tools JUST for me! Not for the garage, not the shed, not the basement, just for ME! A whole complete set of tools only I can use!Why?Because nothing ever goes back where it belongs, and can not be found when it is needed! Why do we own 3 hammers, and none of them are in the tool chest? No one has an answer around here--so I asked for a set of my own.I ADORE THEM! They case closes tightly, so if/when it is dropped, nothing gets lost, and I can store it closed and sideways without worrying that there will be an avalanche when I open it. I got every tool I could possibly need in one tiny place--and I can HIDE them easily! I can fix any problem in the house now without heading out into the garage to dig through whatever project is in the works to find whatever it is I was told would be right there in plain sight! My tools are in their case, under the sink. A place no one will ever look except me for anything. I can hang a picture, tighten screws, and assemble an IKEA piece of furniture with this kit--and I always know where a measuring tape is! This kit gets a ton of use from me, and is one of the coolest and most loved gifts I have ever gotten! :)

Great starter kit for my daughters new apartment, has about everything you will need, couldn't find a less expensive & complete kit at the big box stores.
