Yes, a phono can go in the port labelled 'TV/CD In". The manual says: "Connect a turntable (MM) that has a phono preamp built-in. If your turntable (MM) doesn't have it, you'll need a commercially available phono preamp. If your turntable has a moving coil (MC) type cartridge, you'll need a commercially available MC head amp or MC transformer as well as a phono preamp. See your turntable's manual for details."

Q: Does the receiver support 4K Ultra HD Pass-through?

Hello Steven; this receiver only supports 4k upscaling- not 4k Utlra HD passthrough. Please check soon for our new 2014 product lines for this feature.

All US models operate on 120v- you'd need to purchase a compatible receiver model from the ONKYO International website- as their models do operate on 220-240v. Any unauthorized modification of he receiver's power supply will directly void the manufacturer's warranty. Although it is not recommended by Onkyo to do so for performance standards; using a voltage converter to provide power to the receiver is an option- but can cause potential and permanent damage of the internal components of the receiver.
