I was worried at first
Ive wanted to buy these forever. My cat shredded our old couch and when we got ready to buy a new couch I decided to finally try them. I didn't have high hopes bc how can these work. So we grabbed my cat, he's such a chill boy we let us place them on. Took two seconds. After he shook his foot for a bit and that was it. Time will tell how they last and if he bites them off but for now I'm sold. Just gotta remember to keep putting them on him for the rest of his life 🤣Update***it's been about two weeks and only one came off so far bc his claw was poking out of them but also I didn't clip his nails before like the instructions said, but other than that I can't believe how these things are staying on. It's wild. Def get them, you won't regret it

I had my doubts, but they work!
I didn’t have much hope for these as 20 years ago my neurotic cat at the time hated these and tore them off overnight. We’re desperate with our new cat as he’s destroying the furniture, but don’t want to resort to declawing. He surprisingly has kept them on for 4 days now with only one falling off and needing replacing. The colors are super cute, and they’re pretty easy to put on. We highly recommend giving treats the whole time. They were also not super expensive so if they didn’t work, it wasn’t too much wasted.

Saved my furniture and rug from slow destruction
We love our cats, except for their bad behavior when it comes to sharpening their claws. I found these nail caps which have literally saved our rugs from being ruined. The work great. They last 2-4 weeks depending on when they fall off. I found the using superglue vs the glue that comes with the kit, lasts longer. These really work and they are easy to apply. Make sure when applying them that glue fills the nail cover and slide them on all the way.

Absolutely adorable covers!
First of all, NEVER declaw your cat, it’s mutilation. These are a great way to keep your cat from scratching the house up (if they don’t work...well...you got a cat you knew the possibility of scratching!).Just applied them to my 5 month old 9lb kitten. A size small was perfect for him. He’s usually not the best when getting his claws clipped but was surprisingly calm for all 10 claw covers. They slid on easily and aren’t super bulky as I worried. I will say that putting the glue in the covers was a nightmare. You’re only supposed to fill it a third full but I couldn’t even tell if there was any in there (or it overflowed and I had to empty some). I wish there was a better way. 2nd thing about the glue is you only get 5 bottles and I don’t yet know if the bottles are reusable. Like myself I imagine most people will only cover the front nails (I don’t clip his back nails either, no way is he letting that happen!). I think would be a better setup to have 10 glues that are half the size. Could be wrong though, maybe the glue will still be useable when these covers fall off.As for the kitty, he got one off almost immediately. I think it was my fault as I cut the nail a bit shorter than I should have. He messed with them quite a bit for the first 10 minutes but no others fell off (I tried to distract him with toys til they were dry and then if he’s going to bite them off he’s going to bite them off).I suggest watching videos of others doing this if you haven’t done it before, I found it very helpful. Also it’s helpful to fill all the nails before you grab kitty (you’d think that’s a duh but I honestly hadn’t thought about it before I watched a video). This way you’re not struggling with glue and kitty and the glue has some time to get tacky before application. Also! Don’t forget to have treats on hand. I gave mine treats before and a little tuna when we finished!I am worried about how these covers will affect his ability to use his 5ft tall cat tree. There are ledges so he should be fine, however he did almost fall off it the first time I clipped his nails! Will update with a picture if he will let me and any more notes on the glue situation as well as how well they stay on.UPDATE 1:Pic posted. Cut out his little face because the flash made him look crazy. Kitty has medium fur so you can’t see the claws very well most of the time. He was pushing his paws against the chair here so the claws were actually out. If you really want to see the covers with a longer dark haired cat, get something neon!Another cover fell off on day one which I suspect is due to (my error) either cutting his claws too short or too little glue in the cap. Replaced both caps and on day three they’re still in place. I guess this means I have 8 more caps in case others fall off early. In regard to my glue concerns; I’m still wondering if it will be ok in 4-6 weeks. For a few days, it was fine. You just have to use a large safety pin to clear the cap of the dried glue. Also, he seems to have no trouble with his cat tree. Will be on the ground one second and at the top the next (fell off once but it was entirely his fault, no way could his front claws have saved him 🤣🤣🤣). He still scratches at everything as though he had no covers on, btw. Doesn’t seem to care about them at all.Changed my review to 5 stars at this point. Unless the glue is useless in 4-6 weeks I think these caps are a winner for sure.

Larger than Soft Claws
I've been using Soft Claws on my cats for years and thought I'd try these out. It took a while to use up my remaining Soft Claws stock, so unfortunately I missed the return window. The quality on the caps seems fine, but the sizes seem to run larger than the Soft Claws brand. I bought the small and medium sizes for my two cats. The small was the size of SC's medium and the mediums were just too big for the larger cat.The set of caps could benefit from including more glue applicator tips. I've tried various ways to reseal an opened glue tube with the applicator tip on, but nothing seems to prevent the glue from drying out. The best method I've found is to remove the used applicator tip and replace it with the original glue cap. Unfortunately this allows residual glue to dry up and clog in the applicator tip.I wish the cap sets were available in packs of 100 single colors. It's nice how the colors are coordinated, but I'm just too OCD and would like them to be identical.Overall, I think the nail caps are a decent value. I haven't used them enough to notice any difference in adhesion and doubt the glue is any different from Soft Claws. I do wish they had more applicator tips and came in single colors.
