Q: Permanent removal of white hair?

Q: how can you tell the device works normally? mine doesn't produce any sound at all. it has no indicator to show it's ON. not sure whether if it's ok

I had the same issue. Double check the battery, touch the needle to the metal plate on the device, and make sure your fingers are wet and touching the metal plate on the probe.

Q: Question about packing? The product came in a sealed plastic bag, however, the stylet tips were NOT individually sealed packaged. Is this normal?

It's but if are not sure about safety, emerge in alcohol after washing.

A needle, a VERY VERY MICRO THIN needle My hairs are gone for good!! Going on 10 months now YAY
