very nice materials, awesomely built has a lot of nice ...
Was up in the air on a tail bag. Always used tank bags but my ZX12R has a non metal cover an all mine were magnetic. So started looking at tail bags and stumbled across this one. 1st day I was real impressed with the quality of it, very nice materials, awesomely built has a lot of nice little touches like rubberized zipper pulls (makes it very easy to open/close with riding gloves on, the Ogio logo isn't huge and obnoxious like on some other brands and is embedded in a nice piece of rubber. Little touches like that add up and make a difference. Zippers are very high quality an seem like they will last (only time will tell), has a great lined seems water proof top pocket, perfect for wallet/phone. Took a little thought to attach it to my 12R as I wanted it to be very solidly mounted but didn't want to see straps anywhere. Ended up hooking the looped ends under the passenger seat in an X to a carabiner and let me tell ya it looks an works fantastic. Doesn't budge at all on the bike, hit 160 this morning with it on there and no worries at all it didn't so much as twitch. Holds a ton of stuff for the size especially if you zip open the expansion. So far I'm in love with it, I'll never go back to a tank bag again this is so much better looking and way more useful. I'd recommend it to anyone looking at tail bags. If I ever ware it out ill for sure buy it again no hesitation... You won't regret this purchase it's a great bag and as usual Amazon has it for cheaper than pretty much everyone and it arrived at my door with free shipping in 3days. Awesome purchase all around very happy with it...

Read this if you have any questions about this bag!
First of all, this bag looks like it was made for my 1995 BMW R1100RSL. Its the perfect width and attaches to the back seat easily. It does take a few minutes to figure it out (like one guy said, we're bikers so grow a pair and deal with it) but once you have it all laid out, its simple. Here are the features I like the most: 1) It has lots of pockets. 2) It has the attach points (buckles) for the straps down low where they belong and you can detach the bag in seconds to take it with you, leaving the straps on the bike. 3) It expands up, not down like others, so that the buckles don't have to be adjusted to allow for more room inside. 4) The built in rain cover is genius. 5) When its not expanded it takes on a low, minimal appearance (as seen in the photos) but has plenty of room inside. 6) It acts like a small backrest. 7) Its quality. 8) It looks cool. 9) It is priced right.I don't have one negative comment about this product.I just got this so I don't know how long it'll last but if you take care of things usually they last a long time. (Look at the photos....that's a 24 year-old motorcycle.) I would characterize it as a very good day pack or to add accessible storage to a bike loaded for long trips.

Really Nice for Sport Bike
I have a 2012 Suzuki GSXR-1000 and this tail bag is freaking perfect. My big criteria were...1) Fit a Sport Bike. Fits without crowding me. Even helps the air flow off me in a crouch. Gives me that little more room that my slim tank bag can't.2) Not Be Super Size Baggage. This fits my bike cover, helmet lock, and workout accessories without expanding out. When I expand, I can easily get a hoodie sweatshirt and some other stuff in there too.3) Replace Saddle Bags for Day Trips. I don't like using saddle bags unless i have to use them as they block my rear visibility and add to cross wind impact. This bag lets me take some alternate gear for weather changes.4) Look Like It Fits a Sport Bike. It looks good without taking away the lines of a sport bike. These bikes naturally look aggressive and having a weird big pouch for a little gear sucks that away. This is a very good looking tail bag.5) Top Quality. Absolutely no complaints and I ride every day.Bottom line. Looks good, fits nicely, great quality, nice in-between size.

Excellent bag, highly recommend it!
Put it on my 2012 Vstrom and I absolutely love the bag. Perfect size, very versatile, plenty of storage and zippered compartments, and seems to be very well made with thick quality materials. I love the fact that it can be unzipped to expand the storage of the bag if needed and the fact that the rain cover is stored in the bag makes it easy to remember. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because on my particular bike I had to mount it backwards for it to fit correctly because the clips on the back side are angled outward pointing the clips in an upside down v like direction. The clips on the front are sewn on vertically. Also, it would have been a neat idea to include some backpack straps that could clip onto the mount clips to make it a backpack instead of having to carry it by the handle. Otherwise it's exactly what I was looking for, a very nice quality bag that's not tiny but not so big as to make the bike look weird. Very happy with my purchase!

2003 K1200RS
I'm really liking this tail bag. I was able to mount it with the included straps quite easily. For the front straps, I removed the seat and wrapped the straps around the frame. After putting the seat back on, the straps come up around the seat and clip onto the tail bag. The rear straps go around the grab rail and clip into the tail bag with no worry of rubbing on the bodywork. This tail bag fits perfect on the passenger seat, the width is perfect, wide enough that those rear straps don't rub. Also, I like the rubber non slip pad, it conforms to the seat and snugs up against the rear rack, with the back two corners tucking out of sight. You won't go wrong with this tail bag. Lot's of storage, lot's of versatility, the expanding option comes in handy more often than not. I like the style it goes well with my bike, a slight taper in the front and only as wide as the seat in the back, perfect. Comes up just about as high as my Stealth Back Rest. No worries here, go for it.
