does this bench come pre-assembled? if not - how many parts come with it, and how long does it take to set up?

It is partially pre-assembled. It took me about 1/2 hr. to put it together. The instructions were not included, but when I inquired with the company they sent me a pdf with illustrations.

What are the dimensions?

19 3/4 in. wide , 19 3/4 in. high and 43 1/4 in. long..

Pics show metal bench reviews and assembly show wooden. Which is it?

The wooden one is for old Lajin bench model, now the newest model is made of metal.
