No, it will not. For one this table is very slim and has glass shelves. Secondly, there is no way to attach the table to a wall. I would strongly suggest against placing the tv on this table. However, you could mount the tv above this table and visually accomplish the same effect.

The top piece is clear and the bottom piece is black. You can switch them though the black piece is much more reinforced and there are only enough rubber pegs to support one of the inserts.
