can i use warm water from a kitchen faucet to kleen a floor???

If you are cleaning a concrete floor all you need is to use a bleach (50/50) solution with water. Warm nor hot water will provide a more capable choice. I hope you are not going to clean indoor floors or the sweeper will damage the floor.

Is this compatible with Karcher model K 3.86m?

Karcher makes two models. Electric and gas. The T250 is for electric. And it comes with two different sets nozzles depending on how much pressure your model puts out you may have to change.
