Q: I don't want to add a name to my stamp as I want to leave that area of the stamp empty for my signature but it says required?

I didn’t add my name to stamp - just my address. Just try putting first line of address where it says to put your name.

Q: Can be created with my Logo ?

Yes if you can upload it when ordering

Q: Does it work on cardboard?

I'm using on paper cups and works perfectly. So I don't think it will be problem on cardboard.

Q: Is the ink permanent? Would this be suitable to mark items like a football?

Even if the ink is permanent, the ink will wear off if the football is used
