Copper Fit Unisex Adult Rapid Relief Back Support Brace with Hot/Cold Therapy, Black, Adjustable

I love this belt. I have a herniated disk impinging on a nerve root and the lumbar panel included with the belt helps me keep my back straight during any kind of movement, especially walking. The gel pack with the pocket keeps the gel packet in one place and provides the much needed cold therapy I require to temper the severe inflammation. The adjustable size (I'm 5"2"; 120 lbs) along with the strong velcro closure made it the perfect belt I needed.

Good support I’m not quite a 30 inch waist but I was able to get it snug enough for me. I like the hard insert. However, the gel pack doesn’t get very cold even after being put in the freezer for several hours it warms up to body temperature very quickly from what cold it does get

These are great. Not bulky, but strong and gives the support you need. I used to have this same one, and ordered this one to replace the old one. And I’ll buy this again when this one wears out. The last one has lasted me a few years, wearing almost every day.

Wrong size received. The box stated fits up to a 50 inch waist. but the belt in the box only went to a 30 inch waste. Might have been a return shipped to me. Had to return it to Amazon. I have used these Copper fit belts in the past and I am completely satisfied with their ability to support your back. Ordering a replacement. Hopefully the correct belt is in the box this time.

I like this brace. I can wear it for hours in comfort. Post 2 burst fractures and 6 wks post kyphoplasty. I wear long activity.

Great product . I bought one for myself worked so well to support my back. I bought another one for my husband . Worth the money for sure fits great for back support for work .

Works great. The hot/ cold pack is a wonderful help with relieving pain
