Why is the sensor not connecting?

You need to open the back cover of the sensor and set the communication channels to channels 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Then press the TX button to send a connection signal or wait for 3 to 5 minutes for automatic connection.

Is the sensor waterproof?

The waterproof level of the sensor is IPX4, which is splash-proof. It cannot be directly placed in rainwater otherwise, it will cause damage to the components.

The screen is not always on when using batteries?

When the weather station uses battery power, the screen will turn black after 15 seconds in order to save power. If you want the screen to stay bright, please use the adapter alone for power supply. (Do not use battery and adapter at the same time)

Why the screen turns black after the weather station is connected to the power supply？

When the kalawen weather station is connected to the power supply, the MSF function (automatic calibration time) will be activated, and the screen will got black for about seven minutes.

Why does the MSF calibration time lose a few hours?

Please turn on daylight saving time first, and then check whether the time zone is correct. If the time zone positioning is wrong, you can also correct it manually.
