Swimline Super Slide Inflatable Pool Toy, Blue/Red

We purchased this item near Christmas 2013 as a gift for our children. We live in the Northeast US, so we were not going to be able to use it until the summer. I assembled the item about 1 month ago, as my children were at camp prior to that. Within two uses, I had my first hole in the product. Within three uses, I had multiple holes. I now have about a half dozen patches on the item, and more holes keep coming. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund. They said that the item was out of warranty, and that there was nothing they could do. They offered me a replacement for $45, or a patch kit. I told them that I have plenty of patches, but have used most of them on the item. I would not buy this item again, nor would I buy from this seller again. Very bad customer service.

super slide is great for our pool- easy set up and grandkids love it. it can be used on the ground as well with hose adaptor.customer service is very helpful

The problem we had with it was the foot holes, used to climb up the slide, were hard plastic that was 2 inches across so they were too small to use. The plastic in the foot holes was painful. As a reference, my daughter is 3, so for them to be too small, was significant. As a side note, it was very shaky when my daughter attempted to climb up it and wobbled too much for my comfort. The hose attachment had no way of staying in place so the water actually stayed on the slide, which to be fair, I knew about based on other reviews before purchase and really isn't a huge deal because without the other issues, I would have taped it down, but I just wanted to confirm that issue for future buyers. The box was delivered torn as it was shipped in the original slide box with a label thrown on. The last thing of note is that it came with virtually no instructions, which due to some of the writing the product itself, could cause confusion on whether you needed to fill with water or air on certain parts. It did however arrived impeccably fast!

Will not hold air for long even before my daughter used it

I purchased this as something to add to the enjoyment of my in-ground pool over the summer for my 4 year olds. I will repeat what others have said about the foot holes being small. My kids were able to use them but it won't be that way for long (they are the size of pop can holders). The slide was blown up fast with my air compressor then placed pool side half hanging over the edge.Pros: This seems quite durable and made it through this season and I assume will at least start off next season. It has provided hours of fun and the kids love it.Cons:-The flap at the end of the slide proved to be dangerous. Kids, and adults, would go down the slide, hit the flap and flop one way or another. When trying to go head first the reaction was way worse, like a scary headstand. I folded it under the slide and the problem seems solved. I may just cut it off next season.-The water spray attachment is extremely difficult to install and then it does a really horrible job spraying. I found it would leak way more water than spray .All in all i would buy it again because it has been a lot of fun with the few caveats.

We purchased this blow up slide for our young grandchildren to use at our pool and we like it pretty well with a couple of caveats. First it is a little difficult for our 4 yr old to go up the "steps" at the rear of the slide. He wears water shoes and they barely fit in the holes of the slide. There are two handles to hold on to as one goes up the steps. The piece which attaches to the hose that keeps the slide wet while in use, is prominent at the top where the kids sit down, a bit chintzy and awkward- it does work, though.I stand beside the slide and assist him up, and to get into a seated position, and my husband stands in the water to catch him.Our grandson does enjoy the slide very much. Close supervision is required while this is in use with very young children. We have it sitting on the cement patio around the pool, at the shallow end. It is not too high off the ground, but a spill from it could be seriously unpleasant. We have had it a week, with no leaks, yet.

The media could not be loaded. Limited instruction on set up. Everything is easy enough but the hose attaching. I would definitely never use without water in the bottom chamber below steps. Its just to flimsy with out the weight holding it steady. Put the air in first then water. I googled for ever to figure out the hose. There is a tiny hole on the side that it goes in. Not sure if we did it right. But i gently worked through the hose attachment end from the inside to the outside so it would not rip. Then attach the hose. Im still not sure of the purpose of the last piece in the last picture. We deflated the end because they like it better to slide straight into the water. But inflated it will hold up a child. It help up my 5 yo. Cant say for durability yet, first day using.

We inflated this and it lost air within 5 hours. It worked great until it deflated and our grandson loved going down it over and over. He is only 21 months and 26 pounds so it is not like there was too nuch weight. We tried 3 different days and each day it deflated. :(. We are returning it.
