This is like the old quality of hammered card, much better than it has been recently
This pack of 50 A3 sized sheets is great. I've ordered this instead of the 6x6 hammered card packs of late as I don't need the envelopes in those (too thin) and the quality of the packs had really gone downhill within the last year. I thought I'd give the larger sheets a go instead as they give you two 6x6" cards per sheet (100 cards total), with enough spare for a smaller card, and the price is better than the ready cut packs! Also better than the A4 packs, so super value.The first pack of A3 I received was similar in quality to the 6x6 cards that had gone downhill, but with options low for hammered card suppliers I wanted to give it another go. The second pack was much better! It actually feels like 300gsm again and the nice texture is back. This was my third pack on this order and the same good quality card arrived once again. It prints beautifully, folds well and looks like a quality finish. I really like it.Now I'm really hoping Craft UK have taken on board the number of reviewers complaining about the drop in quality of their card and have changed something in production. I'm hoping this isn't old stock instead of new and it's just giving me a taste of what I'd been missing. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but at the minute it's 5 star card. If the quality drops again going forwards I'll be sure to update the review.

Very well packaged - arrived pristine
This arrived SO well packaged that it was actually a little hard to get into, but it meant that it was completely safe from the elements so I was thankful for all the precaution. Arrived in a cardboard outer wrapped in a plastic mailbag so was extremely durable. There wasn't a single crease or bend in the card. The card itself is has a beautiful texture and is a great thickness. Perfect for making boxes or doing other crafts. Wouldn't use anything else!
