I have an 01 tj with 4 inch RC and at first I thought the driveshaft was a little short. But I had to pull it all the way apart. I had to yank on it a little bit.You should be able to see some Blue coated splines on the shaft when it's out far enough. If you still can't get it call rough country, the're Awesome to deal with! Good luck
