The ingredients are good, not sure why it just didn't give me the same umph as I have gotten from other pre workouts. It's not bad just not for me.

I didn’t feel it was effective . I am an avid pre workout consumer and always open to try and experience other brands than my top favorites . It was a very small container which surprised me - and did not really do much for me . I didn’t feel any different from taking it - and don’t think it helped me . I know every body’s different though . But didn’t work for me

Not only is it a pre workout that provides optimal energy and oxygen delivery, it also lowers blood sugar, blood pressure and liver enzymes with long-term use. If you are sensitive to caffeine, stimulants, or have never had a preworkout with clinically dosed vasodilators, then start with 1 scoop or less. Ignore the comment about heart issues and such. That’s the result of an uneducated person taking something they don’t understand or know about. This is a clean and safe stack to use long-term.

Bad gives me terrible jitters, heart problems and caused severe nausea after workout. Also I cannot fall asleep after taking this pre-work out, hours after taking it to the point where I up till 5am in bed tossing and turning. I tried other pre-workouts and was fine this one causes issues do not buy.

Meh... I’ve had better.
