can i use this ceramic pot & pans? Can I use this on corning ware?

I wouldn’t use on anything other than cast iron & maybe stainless steel cookware. It would probably scratch the Corning ware & ceramic pots & pans

Can you clean it in the dishwasher?

If you are careful to secure it safely you can put it in the dishwasher, however, rinsing thoroughly is all mine has ever needed.
