Q: Will theses fit over glasses that are 5.5 inches wide and 1.75 inches tall?

They should....but if your expecting them to be antifog.....Nope , ain't happening. I had them on for less than 3 mins and they fogged up. I wore them for that length of time, I work in the medical profession, they fog horribly. Should have returned them, but threw packaging away. Not that comfortable either, but, I probably could have adjusted them more, but didn't. I was so frustrated that they were fogging.

Q: Can I clean it with diluted bleach?

These anti-fog work galsses len had been used anti-fog coating, if you use diluted bleach clean the len , that will demage the anti-fog coating, we suggest you can use dry and smooth cloth to clean the lens

Q: what is the safest way to clean these goggles since I have to use this in hospital. I need to disinfect it. How will I disinfect it?

Be careful they are plastic?! Norml cleaning with eye glass cleaning solution should not be a problem. That’s what I use with no problem

Q: Do you have to wear the strap in the back?

These work safety glasses strap easy can be remove, if you do not want to wear the strap.
