Is this sweet paprika?

says on the product page Ground from dried red fruits of the larger and sweeter varieties of bell pepper or sweet pepper, so i would assume Spanish (sweet) paprika. for that spicy Hungarian paprika used in goulash try looking up Hungarian paprika.
