Q: Can it hold actual cards, and if so, does it damage or bend cards and/or card sleeves?

It can hold about 50 sleeved cards. I haven't experienced and damage except for cards in the graveyard. If there's less than 5 cards in there for more than a few minutes it might bend the edges of the sleeves.

Q: Why so expensive can you maybe lower the price a bit please

It is a very limited collectors item that ships from Japan. Personally, I thought it was well worth the price but it isn't as much of a toy as it is more of a prop replica.
