The product per se is great, but the bottle was not properly sealed, and lots of fluid leaked out and had been absorbed by the carton box by the time I received it. I asked for a replacement, that arrived very swiftly, but unfortunately the second bottle had the same problem. I would not recommend the experience...

I ordered this product thinking it was a tightening product for bags under the eyes but it is a general eye serum. The skin under the eyes is soft but it doesn't do that much for under eye bags.

Extremely disappointed and feel I e been ripped off! This product was purchased as new but it arrived open with serum all over the bottle. Please contact me to arrange refund.

I was so glad to see that the ingredients on Gratiae are organic and not tested on animals, and while it doesn't do the miracles it claims on my face, it still feels silky as well as emotionally good to use. That said I am really shocked - like everyone else who left a review here - about the high price and high pressure of the sales people anywhere but Amazon. The sales pitch I got in Hamburg airport was so slick you'd think the guys had been to acting school and of course I now see I am a sucker. That blows away all the respect I might have had if I'd found a great website where you sell at the same price everywhere instead. So now I don't know if I would even buy it again at the low price you have on Amazon. Why do you do that Gratiae???? Do you want your customers to end up despising you? Do you not despise yourself for this behaviour?
