Great for the holidays without any sugar to ruin your teeth. A little pricey though. Lasts long. Nice size for a mint. Minty fresh. Great for diabetics too.

I love peppermint Life Savers. I always did. I forgot about them until I needed sugar less candy. I don't know I liked these so much. I like the texture too. Locally they're four times the price. Life Savers shouldn't be a luxury and I found out I'm not the only one not buying them. My grandmother told me to put out a bowl of mint- flavored hard candy and fruit-flavored. I do and in her candy bowls. Its surprising how many people ask for one. Thank you Amazon for not making the price of the peppermint silly. My grandmother would be proud of me as a hostess. They're delicious, the sweet part doesn't go away immediately, the mint is like I remember it and people who come over are happy. It's been a conversation-starter. Other people remember their grandparents' and great-grandparents' homes with two bowls. We can't match nationality or anything else. If anyone knows how this started please let me know. Meanwhile they're refreshing and familiar.
