How do you turn the lights on?

If you lift the first 2 layers of the skirt up in the front there is a purple layer that has a Velcro pocket holding the on/off switch and battery pack

What is the size for small? Is it good for a 2 1/2 year old??

Small is 4-6. This costume also comes in a Toddler 3T-4T

How do you get the hat to stay open? It just folds back up

Last year we stuffed the top of the hat with crumpled paper. Hope this helps!

Go up a size, also the dress doesn’t light up
