Problem with sprayer, but seller provided excellent customer service

The product itself worked fine for me, but then the sprayer stopped working and I cannot spray into my nose. It squirts out the bottom of the cap. Do not recommend.

I like this product because I’ve been using it for a few years now. I do have sinus problems and it was recommended by my doctor. Ever since I have not used any other brand.
