Yes there cotton. I would use a hand steamer just for wrinkles. Steam outside and inside while keeping its shape. You know rotate it from outside then to inside until wrinkles are gone. Don’t get it too hot. Lots of videos on YouTube. You can wash it in cold water with a full load. Do not put it in the dryer. Always air dry. Hang it to keep its shape or lay it down on a towel in its proper shape. If you have a plastic hat holder. That would be best.

everything amazon sells is made in and from China These caps will not fit you if you are an adult. aia purchased them and ended up giving them to my five year old grandson to wear. They fit his head, not mine. I would not purchase them, if I were you
