When I blew my MCL in late December of 2019, I had no idea what was coming. I saw an orthopedist in February, and I was put in a brace until my next appointment, scheduled on March 25. My state shut down before I was seen again, so I've been in a holding pattern ever since! My brace which I was going to wear for a couple of weeks, has now been in daily use for six months. It's heavy. It's hot. It rubs - badly. I developed a persistent rash, which only made wearing the brace even worse.This undersleeve from Bracesox is PERFECT. It is lightweight but it protects my skin from the perpetual rubbing by the steel supports in my brace. It is COOL - the cotton/Lycra feels far better than the poly (?) spongey lining of the brace, and it socks moisture away really well. It's super easy to wash - I just rinse it with woolite in cold water, hand it over a towel rack, and put it on again in the morning.The undersleeve is longer than I need, but that's no problem. I just fold the extra over the top of my brace. It's a perfect solution, since it keeps the undersleeve from rolling. I suppose I could do the same with the extra length at the bottom, but I haven't felt the need.There's no downside to this undersleeve that I've found except maybe that it's sold in packs of one. It'd be great to get these in pairs, for laundering if nothing else!

I started wearing hinged knee braces about a month ago, when weather in southern New Mexico was heading into the 100s, very hot and very dry. These undersleeves have made it possible for me to wear the knee braces in comfort, and reduce the need to wash them so often. They are soft and do not hold the heat in as much as the neoprene brace fabric does when worn directly against the skin .They wash easily. They have just enough stretch to keep them up. Very pleased with my purchase, and I've just ordered another pair.

I have an unloader brace for arthritis in my knee. The brace had started to rub my skin as my knee becomes more out of alignment. I was looking for a sleeve to wear under the brace and I had difficulty finding one that was long enough. This sleeve works well for the intended use of protecting the skin and was long enough to fold the top of the sleeve over the top of the brace. This keeps the sleeve in place. I am happy with the product. It is thin and will have to see how durable the sleeve is over time.

I wish it was completely seamless bc the compression spots on my brace makes the seam (luckily it's only one) dig into my skin and that is super uncomfortable after a while.It's soft, breathable and long.It definitely helps if you have sensitive skin when having to wear braces 24/7, it was so soothing finally minus the one seam.I can't comment on washing it as I've only used it for a bit, I'll probably opt to soak it then wash it by hand and air dry it to make sure it last long.

When I wear my knee brace for long periods in high heat, I used to break out with a nasty rash. Tried a few different things, but this solved it completely. Durable too. Very happy.

This runs large and I even bought a size down. Unfortunately I had to return it as it didn’t stay up.

It makes using the brace so much more comfortable.

I bought this to go under my unloader brace. This will not stay up even if you fold it over. It's a cheap piece of fabric for the price. Don't waste your money on this.

At first I was wondering why the sleeve was so long, then I realized (because I read the directions!) that you fold the material over the top of the brace. That helps keep the brace from chaffing my other leg. I liked the product and makes my brace much more bearable

The material is not quite what is needed to stop a brace from slipping down. No matter how tight the brace is the material slips down even thought it fits snuggly on its own. When the brace is put over it the brace tends to slip down as well.
