What is the decibel level of this fan

Very good fan the best on the market in my opinion! We bought one a couple years back and loved it so much we bought this one . With this fan we hardly ever run the a/c in our RV coach

Do you have to assemble Base or is it attached to the tower?

The fan comes completely assembled the base is attached

Where is the filter? Don’t think mine had one.

I cannot assemble anything. Can I take the tower out of the box, plug it in and go. A prompt answer is appreciated.

Yes, you can just pull it out of the box, plug it in & turn on the fan. It's a great fan & happy I bought it.
