Are they magnesium, flint or ferrocerium? Do they really glow in the dark? What's with this product description?

I believe they are just ferrocerium. They do not glow in the dark. To be honest, they work, but are far from being great. However, I wanted rods that were small, well priced, and would work decent. These fit the bill.
