This is one classy shower head !
Ok this really is a classy shower - I love it ! I put it into my master bath and converted my standard, plain-looking shower to a high end rain shower like you'd find in a 5 star hotel or spa. It puts out gentle, steady streams in a big (but not too big) shower head. I got the brushed nickel, and it looks great. In the picture online, it looks like it has a slightly yellow cast, but it doesn't - it is a perfect match to my brushed stainless shower valve handles and cover. The shower head is an impressive square metal head with a brass ball fixture, and it feels and looks like a quality item. I've seen the "thin head" designs and didn't like the looks. This SpaShower head has a smoothed edges look which I think is a better match to my glass shower enclosure. The rubber nozzle inserts are small, protrude slightly and evenly, and put out consistent straight streams of "rain" with lots of water volume. For now, I left in the low-flow restrictor to see how it would work - and it puts out a good volume of water, so I'll leave it in. It feels great to step into the big steady rain of warm water on a cold morning.Installation was a snap, zero tools, and the white teflon tape was already included in the package (nice touch). The shower head extender choice that I made was the Aquagenix Razor 15" long (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Q7HDMKK) and it turned out to be the perfect length to put my shower head directly in the center of shower. The extender is not the same quality as the shower head (it has some plastic parts), but it works well and has a good look. It all went on by hand, with no tools, I fit it hand tight, and no drips. Put the extender on first, adjust the angle, then spin on the shower head. In my shower, the extender head puts the head higher, which is a nice touch for taller people like me.I couldn't be more pleased with the great looks and the great function. An easy upgrade at a reasonable price.

Excellent shower head from a superb company!
Classy looking shower head, very reminiscent of its more expensive counterparts. Worked great, even though we are on a well water. Gravity is the key: parallel to the floor and water just "falls" down. Six months later - at least a third of mini-jets no longer work. Still a usable shower head, but alas... Of note, actual water hardness may, of course, be the contributing factor, but other shower heads in the house (5-1/2 baths) do no seem to be affected.UPDATE: Immediately after my not-so-glamorous review, the company reached out to me and informed me of two things. First of all, they that have a THREE YEAR, NO QUESTIONS ASKED REPLACEMENT policy. They immediately offered to send me a new shower head. Second, that this particular shower head has an interesting design feature. "Flicking" a clogged tiny individual rubber dripper will most likely dislodge whatever sediment is clogging it and clear it right up.Guess what? It worked! I had over twenty or so individual clogged rubber drippers. The sophisticated maneuver of flicking each one with my fingernail, while in the shower, cleaned them immediately. Very impressed. Of course, I am even more impressed by the customer service!

Looks like a DELTA!
Bought this shower head to replace a Delta shower head of the same size and style. They both look the same but the prices are different. To me, the rain water feel is the same from both. I bought the chrome one and it's really classy. I hope it lasts as long as the delta.A little tip for those of you with hard water in the home: when cleaning these shower heads, if you don't need to take down the shower head at all for cleaning, then don't. Simply take a carburetor jet cleaning brush or similar tool (any tiny wire brush will do, such as those go-betweens that are used for cleaning teeth between braces) and clean each of the holes on the shower head in a slow, poking motion. Be gentle so as not to tear up the soft rubber/silicone material. As long as you make a good installation from the beginning, these shower heads should last for many years. The more taking down, reinstalling, scrubbing, cleaning with chemicals, squeezing/pulling the nipples, etc that you do, the more risk of damaging you have. That's how I ended up having to replace my expensive Delta. Take my advice and don't let this happen to you. This is a great shower head, purchase with confidence.

Great quality, price, and product
First of all, I didn't think you could get this kind of quality for this cheap. From unboxing to setup to shower it was all a great experience. It came in a nicely packaged box with no damage and everything was cushioned appropriately. Then the install instructions were written by someone who clearly speaks english, and it comes with teflon tape, so no silly trips to the hardware store. Once installed, the brushed nickel looked like a shower head far beyond the price paid. Then it just works, every jet pumps out water evenly and makes for exactly what I was looking for in a rain type shower head.I typically don't get that excited about a utility item such as a shower head, but when the value is this good, you kind of have to.
