Q: Does this Pressure cooker come with separators inside?

No separators, only a trivet,or riser.

Q: For meat how long it takes? Also is it loud when it take pressure?

15-20 for a beef stew with cubed chuck (after the initial build up of pressure) Loudness is equivalent to old steam vent from radiator room heater blowing off steam or when your car overheats and steam escapes from radiator. HOWEVER, it's not constant it's only to gauge if there is enough steam pressure build up in the pot by waiting for the pot to literally blow off steam then you turn down the heat so it won't continuously do that. Also stove top pressure cooker is most suited for gas range not electric. Though you can use it on an electric but you may need to switch burners when it lets off steam to an unused cooler one to adjust temp faster.

Q: Has anyone used separators with the 5L cooker? Do you know which ones fit? Do the sellers recommend/include a particular separator for a higher price?

I have used the separator with a 3L cooker and fits perfectly. They make them in one size
