No. You can chew it but it won’t work 100%. It’s sublingual, meaning you have to let it dissolve under your tongue. That’s why they are not labeled as chewable and as fast dissolving instead.

Best biotin

Nice taste, easy to take, show results when take it well done as a supplement. Play with it, taking sometimes doesn't bring any results.Even reducing the appetite and promote the improvement of metabolism are visible after 1 to 2 weeks taking it daily (at morning).
