Q: Is this product gluten free?

The capsule version is Vegan/Gluten Free

Q: I bought the unflavored, creates a lot of CO2 type pressure. Do the flavors have the same chemical reaction, and i just didn't notice?

The first couple I bought did not have the CO2 effect. The last few did. I liked the ones without the CO2 effect since I use a shaker and it makes a mess after shaking it. Plus it’s was easier to drink also.

Q: Is it normal for this thing to come clumpy and wet?

No it is not normal. Moisture must have gotten into it. I would return it and get a new one as it won’t be good anymore in that condition.
