I ordered the product and got it shipped to my address 2 days earlier than the schedule.The bottle is in very attractive look and feel - with some clear instructions: One per day and Drink it with food and better contains fat. It is clear since oily food would help dissolve Astaxanthin to be absorbed better.As seeing earlier review about color changing, I decided to cut one pill by a knife, not as the other reviewer saying, its inside liquid 's color are concentrated red, it definitely not brown. Its smell same as any algae/seafoods. I don't find down an easy way for further test it but at least the smell and color are passed.Honestly, depend on you digest system and your metabolism, you can at best drink with meal. by this way I do not have any side effect after drink those pill.About its effective, so far I feel my eyes got less tired, my shoulder less hurt as usual. I can never say why, but noticeably after using the pills.I will come back and review again to this product after using it a bit longer time.So far so good. It great to me.

I've only been taking this for 12 days so it's too early to tell what effects it will have. I've given it 3 stars on the pain relief because I really don't have any pain, except for a knee that will hurt if I twist it to far to the right. It may be a little better but not sure. I am taking twice the recommended amount, as I take it twice a day. I have no idea on how the absorbency is. It is very easy to take with the small capsules. I'm interested in the blocking of sunburn but doubt I'll see that until after a month or more. By then it may be too late for me to test it out in the sun. I plan to continue, as I see this as a good replacement for Vitamin C. Eventually I plan to cut down my Vitamin C but will still take a little to complement this.

Ever since I’ve been using this my ADHD has gone down at least 50%! I have a very sensitive stomach and I was afraid these might hurt them, BUT it’s quite the opposite! These don’t hurt my stomach at all! I’ve noticed a big difference in my joint pain and reduction of stiffness/inflammation. I used to get really big episodes of joint pain but since taking these, the episodes have gone down. I’ve also noticed that it helps with so called “brain fog”. I have ADHD and these have helped my brain focus more. Instead of focusing on the pain, my brain is able to focus on at hand topics/activities. They are also tasteless which helps with taking them. They don’t leave any taste behind or bad mouth. The price is really good for the 2 bottle of the pills! These are definitely a go to! A new favorite!
