I like the meniscus pads for side support and having the open knee. This works better for support after having meniscus surgery than the elastic sleeve type braces. It is more bulky than the sleeve but type but not overly so. I have skinny legs and the S/M fit me well.

I use these braces on both knees at times. They work well for support while I'm playing tennis. Although I've tried other brands and different designs, I found these to be the best without overdoing it, i.e., with minimum material around my knees. The Velcro holds well even when I'm doing a lot of sprinting/running. I highly recommend these if you're not looking for a large knee brace.

Hi Garno staff.I've been wearing this. Its being taken Off and put on a million times a day. The support is unlike a compression sock i got at wallgreens. I think this item is Truly helping heal in addition to, the other physical therapy. And I've even ordered another type from Garno. However ☆ I've noticed that the velcro on the ends is "lifting"Yes, its still supportive for the miniscus. <thank you!> I've injured it June 2, 2021, then re-injured it by doing daily minuute tasks because I wasn't wearing the right support. This brace is something to Get Used To. But I believe its making a difference.I only hope the velcro doesn't wear out more.If it does lift additionally on the ends how do I contact you to get another one please? Perhaps the velcro is touch & go? Because if I bump it with my arm it releases. And I don't want that. I need to wear this.Lori nero

Product is smaller than expected. Measured knee at what they suggested and it was too small. I also expected the knee pads to be above and below the kneecap but they were on either side of the kneecap not on notWill return ASAP.

It is unfortunate that this product uses low grade Velcro. I actually thought it stabilized knee but after 30 days the Velcro no longer held. I read multiple ways to revitalize Velcro but none worked. Complete waste of money.

I LOVED this brace it was a perfect fit, perfect length and was comfortable. But I started realizing my leggings were getting snagged. At first I assumed it was the new leggings, but I noticed snags in all of my leggings I had worn. I had to return the product. I really loved it otherwise, but it was a major let down to realize it was ruining my clothes.
