Q: Does this have a prop 65 warning on it?

If ur worried about prop 65... I’d suggest gardening.

Q: All of my plates are 18" tall. Will these plates fit together on the low and high arms at the same time?

I'd say no. I just set mine up last night and I cannot put my 45lb plates on the low while having anything on the high arms. I could only rack my 35 and 25lb with the 10 and 5lbs on the high arms.

Q: Is the base wide enough to hold a 13'' plate?

no the center will not fit 13" plate i use the center for the 5 pounder which is 8"

Q: What's length and width of the base beams? By that i mean the beams that make conctact with the ground.

Roughly 18 1/2" by 22" footprint. The beams themselves are 18 1/2" by 2 3/8"
