The drill bits are stuck in the handle. How do I get them out?

You can use the tweezers in the pack to help get them out. I've had this happen to me as well, the trick to preventing it from happening is to NOT store all the bits in the same direction.

I need an actual magnetic tiny screwdriver set. Can someone please recommend one?

Drag screwdriver tip along a fairly strong magnet about a dozen times first.
