I'm CA by profession and I can say this book is really helpful. Must read. Kudos to the author to bring everything related to Real Estate at one place. Pls note: This book is helpful if you're planning to buy a house and not to understand the real estate sector.

A very good book by great writer yogesh sharma, must read

If you look at the index, it seems promising but the actual content is pathetic, long essays, fails to explain mathematical calculations for taxes. Feels like the author has partial knowledge of real estate and has hard time explaining them. A copy paste of content from internet. Could have given a list of documents required for buying property.
