What does the writing say?

Where exactly is the writing you are referring to?

The light went out within 30 days. the batteries are fine. how do i replace the led? .05 watts, 3 volts?

Contact the seller and have them replace it, they did it for me.

Where is the on/off switch mentioned in the operating instructions?

Underneath the top. Super duper hard to see. It is on the curved aspect of the black plastic. Shine a really bright light and the tiny grooves on the tiny switch should show up. Or run you finger around the circle and you should feel it.

Will it withstand weather conditions?

I bought this light almost a year ago. I live in area where it snows, and rains, and some windy days. It has been outside the whole time. It is one of my favorites. It still looks great and works well! Earl A.
