This kit fits with 2016-2020 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Attention: it doesn't fit with 2021-2025 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.

No. We have upgraded both 3M tape and installation method. When you install the dashboard, please put the light tube on the dash instead of under the ventilation so there will be no sagging at all.
