We had to throw these out. All the pills were stuck together as 1 clump. We couldn’t separate them.

I keep the house between 74 and 77 degrees F, and yet the gel caps tend to stick together like a mass. I have to tap the bottle several times each time I take one to shake a few loose.I'm also not convinced of the effectiveness (or consistency?) of the dosage, though it's possible I've developed some resistance.I'll probably try a different brand next time and see if the same issues recur.
