The base of the faucet has a part that you twist open. I believe it's locked shut until you open the latch (at the base) holding it closed.

It only states newborn to infant to toddler.this was a shower gift for a friend and she loves it.

Will this fit double sink?

i wouldn’t waste money on it! the pump doesn’t work at all, so water doesn’t come through the shower head.
