This is a good product. The gel packs fit the sleeve perfectly and it’s easy to affix to the required area. The ice packs don’t freeze solid so can be moulded to the required area, lower back in my case. They freeze within about an hour and last just under half an hour when applied. For me this works well, allowing half an hour between applications through the day. Hopefully the gel packs will not split or leak with continued use. I have only used the packs for cold treatment, not the heated option.

Brought this for my swollen wrist, works fine, managed to wrap it around no problem. Nice to have 2 packs so one always in the freezer. Worked a treat. One draw back I found the Velcro on the strap is very strong? Which sometimes makes it difficult to remove, especially if you have a painful area.

Very good product with only one drawback - make sure the Velcro *only* contacts the blue cloth as it tears at the elastic band.IMO the very generously sized ice pack should be taken out 20 minutes before use to avoid skin damage - it last for about one hour at ambient so can be used for 10 mins/break/used etc/break which is really effective and won't damage skin.You might need eg a microfbre cloth as extra padding in the first ten minutes.I used it for lower spine stenosis _ inflammation - excellentPS I have a 40 inch waist :-( and it just fits...my fault not theirs!

My wife has been suffering with tennis elbow for some time and instead of resting an ice pack on her arm she has found this extremely useful and comfortable to use. It’s good quality and seems like it will be very durable.

A very versatile cooling/heating pack, helps to provide pain relief to muscle and joints is easy to use and flexible and with its two gel packs is also good value. It has a wide fixing strap that is elasticated and fastens with a velcro style fastener.
